Abstract

A 34 years old male with blunt thoracoabdominal trauma is presented. The preoperative diagnosis was rupture of liver and right diaphragm. At thoracotomy there was a liver hydatid cyst ruptured into pleura through the laceration of right diaphragm. There has been no similar case in the literatüre.
