Abstract

28 year old pregnant patient having 9 pregnaney and 8 abortions had 3 consequent histopathologically confirmed mol e hydatiform(HM) and had no living child. She underwent curettage at our clinics in September 2007 with HM prediagnosis. Pathological diagnosis confirmed complete HM. The pathological reports of her pregnancy in 2003 was complete HM and partial HM in 2006. The karyotype analysis of the patient and her husband were normal. But the genetical search of the patient was abnormal. Two sisters of the patient had similar obstetrical histories. One of them had 8 pregnancies and the other one had 7 pregnancies ended with abortion. But we could not get the pathological results of those. Recurrent (genetical) mole hydatidiform is a very rare clinical disorder. Further genetical analysis of the patient and her sisters is required.
