Abstract

Three cases with fracture of the trapezium have been presented. Two patients have been treated by surgically and one patient has been treated by plaster cast immobilization. The results were very succesful on two cases in which anatomical structures were preserved. The result was not sufficient on third case with deformated bone and destroyed joint face.
