Abstract
Two cases who had bilateral traumatic hip dislocation were presented. One of them was bilateral posterior dislocation and other, while posterior dislocation in the right, there was anterior dislocation in the left hip joint. Both were treated by immediate closed reduction and concentric reduction was achieved easily. There was no complication and the patients returned their normal works. We have no evidence of avascular necrosis on femoral head in xray control and bone scan. This control was done 43 months later in the first case and 8 months later in the second case.
