Abstract

The delay of the cortical development due to genetic and environmental problems results as cortical malformation. Retardation, epilepsy and focal neurologic dysfunction are associated with localization and size of the malformation. In this article a woman who has first seizure caused by cortical malformation during her second pregnancy was presented. Cortical malformations must be considered as one of the etiologic factors in ali patients with seizure.
